Manish Malhotra is the most famous designer in Indian Fashion Industry in addition to Film Industry. Manish turned the concept of fashion designing in the Bollywood when he designed the costumes for the good-looking Juhi Chawla for the film "Swarg" at the age of just 25 years. Since then he has never looked back and earned the difference as the transformer of looks of the characters. The characters dressed up by Manish are influential enough to express themselves without uttering a single word. In his short tenure in the Bollywood he has intended the costumes for countless celebrities.
Manish is a very practical and realistic person next to so much fame and success. He is a simple person who envisioned a dream and worked very hard to follow it. Manish belongs to a center class Punjabi family. Manish Malhotra was born in the year 1965. Manish put in 15 years of genuine hard work which made Manish Malhotra we all know today. He was among the first designers who asked for the script before starting the designing work for an exacting scene.
He knows his job and he is a master of his trade, next to that he has a complete considerate as to what style would go ideal in a particular situation. He is particular in women dressing styles. Rina Dhaka is one of peak fashion designers in India. As a child Rina Dhaka was always a visionary, and not it is that very excellence that is an asset to her work. A visual person, for her images are more significant that words. Behind college, Rina did a training project with Intercraft, and with designer Evan Grandhal. She also set up a 'Salwar Kameez' boutique for one of her associates. Around this time 'Mutiny' and 'Ensemble' were just coming up as fashion houses and she completes a line of designs for them. Her clothes were well established, and she entered the fashion fray.
Rina Dhaka has been a division and parcel of the Indian fashion scene for the past fifteen years. Early on in her career, one of her designs for the Miss India events fixed the eye of Rohit Khosla, the only fashion designer back then recognized for his innovativeness. She was confident by his appreciation and has striven to keep up the spirit of innovation. Rina is most excellent known for her theme collections - sheer trousers, crochet, stretch jersey, woollens and spider web motifs. Her forte remains western wear and she prides on the fact that her pieces can be damaged as separates.
Designing, for her, is essentially a lot of fun. She loves to give shape to her inner feelings, and she believes in being true to her originality. Success is what counts and Rina Dhaka seems to contain it all! Appreciation for her work has extensive Indian shores and international fashion magazines 'Vogue' and 'Elle' have featured her work.f

A film-maker, a fashion designer, a poet, an artist, a music-lover, a revivalist, a social-worker - all this and more define Muzaffar Ali's ongoing mission for new ventures. As a fashion designer, Ali's Kotwara label is ethnic, noble - timeless, yet cinematic. Aesthetics are vital to Ali in all the clothes he designs. "What we design concerns the human habitat and human expression during art, be it film, music, painting or poetry. Clothes therefore are part of a larger attitude - what appeals to you as beautiful and striking is a coming jointly of these elements and reflects the Master Designer", says Ali.
The designer duo of Meera and Muzaffar Ali works hard to make stylish products which have a universal appeal and relevance. They work on all type of creative upfront, under the label 'Kotwara'. Enthused by Sufi music, the duo has also brought out an album Paigham-e-Mohabbat, which has words by some of the subcontinents' most illustrious poets. The label of "Kotwara" has thus acquired a style of its own, which is both ultramodern and traditional and evokes an image which is an interesting mix together of detailing and novelty, modernity and old world attraction. The wearer of "Kotwara" experiences an inner tranquility, as a difference to a highly commercial outlook.
The couple has done a number of fashion shows in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Singapore, Kuwait, London and New York. Meera and Muzaffar Ali do not limit themselves to just the conformist styles of art, but also design western outfits, such as long coats, short jackets, dresses, skirts and trousers. These have a gentle and a slight touch to it, with just the right dose of hand embroideries. The collection is recognized all over the country and the world as "Kotwara", which evokes a bygone era known for its finesse in style and craftsmanship using traditional hand embroideries on current silhouettes. «Manish Arora
Manish Arora is an Indian fashion designer based in New Delhi whose collections have been revealed in London Fashion Week and in India. In 1997 Manish Arora launched his Label "Manish Arora" and started transaction in India. Three years afterward in 2000, Manish represented India at the Hong Kong Fashion Week and participated at the first ever India Fashion Week detained in New Delhi. The following year Manish launched his second Label "Fish Fry" and showed this collection in six foremost cities in India and was stocked at Lord & Taylor, New York.
In 2002 Manish opened his first flagship store Manish Arora Fish Fry in New Delhi and in 2003 opened his second flagship store in the profitable capital of India, Mumbai. He had a successful first appearance at the London Fashion Week in September 2005 and established an overwhelming response from the press as well as the buyers. Manish Arora also collaborated with Reebok to intend a collection of shoes below the brand Fish Fry for Reebok.
A coveted fashion jury in a most important Indian publication OUTLOOK adjudged him to be the Best Indian Fashion Designer and featured him on the cover of its March 2006 issue. Manish opened his initial Manish Arora franchise store in Villa Moda, Kuwait and another Manish Arora Fish Fry store at Crescent at The Qutub, New Delhi in 2006. "Indian by Manish Arora" a brand intended for the growing Indian market for women's wear is licensed to another supposed fashion company. Manish was invited to demonstrate his collection at the very prestigious "Fashion in Motion" held at Victoria and Albert Museum, London in September of 2007.
