1. Do you have a physical store where I can view or try the products?
As of now we have an online store and do not have any physical store. Due to this we are unable to offer trials for any of the products on the website.
2. How do I shop online?
Its pretty simple. Just select an item from anywhere on this site, once u choose the preferred color, size and the quantity required, then add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, go to the shopping cart and recheck your choices. When you are happy with what you have selected, click to go to the Checkout.
If you are a new customer, you will have to enter your details. Or if you have shopped with us before then your details will be saved and you just have to enter your email id and password. After this is done, follow the delivery address, payment details and billing address.
3. Why do I have to create an account to buy something?
If you create an account when you buy something with us for the first time, then it will help your future purchases to be faster and easier. It also gives you more access to your order history, loyalty points & friends sponsored programs.
4. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “Forgotten your Password” link in the Account pages.
5. My email address/password is not recognized.
Please use the exact same email address and password which you have used to register on our site, when you want to log back onto the website. In case there are other related queries regarding emails or passwords please contact us for further details.
6. How do I create a SureFashion.com account?
During the Checkout process you will be able to register your information with us so that when you return your details will not have to be entered again. Note: that this will include your payment and card details. Youll be asked to set up a personalized password to access your account and you will be asked for your date of birth.

To change account details on the site, enter your registered email id and password at the My Account page. (Note: the email and password has to be the same which you created the account with) Once you enter into your account page, the details can be edited and saved.
9. How do I find a specific item?
If you are looking for something in particular then go to the SEARCH function “top right of the navigation bar on the main page” and simply type what you are looking for or any key words for the particular product. (E.g: Designer Dress)

There is a Size Guide available on our site, found at the top right hand side. Click on it for more details.
11. How do I know if you have received my order?
Once an order is placed by you, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered id acknowledging this. This mail will contain the order number and details of the products ordered. When the goods are shipped, you will receive another email with the dispatch details.
12. Can I make changes to my order?
No changes can be made as we start to process your order as soon as your payment is made. That includes adding to as well as removing items from your order.
13. What if I need to cancel my order?
Once the orders are confirmed and payment has been done, then the orders cannot be changed.
14. I need my order at this exact date; can you ensure I get it before then?
Due to our suppliers being across the world, the time for shipping and delivering varies and in not in our control. We are unable to give you an exact date of delivery; therefore we advise that you order well in advance for a specific occasion you have to avoid any disappointment over delayed orders.
15. My order does not fit me or I dont like it, can I return or exchange the product(s)?
Since we are an online shopping site, we have updated the size chart to help you decide the right products. We will not be able to return or exchange the product as all sales are final.
P.s if the wrong product is accidently sent to you, then we will exchange it for the correct one or if it is not available, will refund it.
16. What happens if an item on my order is not available?
In by any chance the item is not available when we are dispatching the goods, then an email regarding the same will be sent to you explain that the product is not available and we are unable to ship it to you. A refund will be given for the same and the other items ordered will be shipped to the delivery address as you have ordered.
17. What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?
If you realize your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process please contact us, ensure you include your order number.
