David was born in France
to parents Paul and Christiane. He has 5 sisters
and 1 brother. He moved to the US when he was
9 years old.
His father is Paul Guez,
Tunisian-born former head of "Guess"
jeans. David evidently goes by his mother's
maiden name, which is quite frequent in the
entertainment business (e.g. Shelley Winters,
Madeline Kahn, etc.)
